RPM issue on 2700 Tiara - Wish You Were Here - 11-12-2012 Understood. Will let you know how it all goes...again, thanks. RE: RPM issue on 2700 Tiara - RCKLAW - 06-07-2020 I had a similar issue in my 1995 454 Crusaders. Ultimately discovered the culprit was a faulty anti-siphon valve in the fuel tank. I would purchase a new distributor module. This was my guess on 11/9. Next, be sure to set the timing correctly using a timing light. If you set it too low, your mileage goes down. If you set it too high ( degrees before TDC ) you will burn up a piston. Time both engines. Capt. George You also may want to change the water separator on that side. I also havea 1989 Tiara 2700 Open and seemed to have the same issue a while back |
