has any one out there put Acme four blade propellers on a 31 open? My boat has a tower.

I've looked into this in depth for my 31', from talking with a bunch of prop guys the best performance is wit the 3 blade. Suprising to me as on an old single engine cruiser I had I changed to a 4 blade and it made a huge difference. I would like to but for $2K thats a big gamble.
Anyone out there with a 31' have 4 blades?
