adding radar - sluggo - 02-02-2015 I am thinking of addind radar to my 2006 Sovran, it does not have any right now. I have the Raymarine e-120 unit with GPS so I think I can wire the dome/array right to it. My question, is there a schematic on how the wires should be run?? How to snake them from the hardtop to the helm?? How about where to attach the dome to the hard top, is there a template for that?? any direction is appreciated!! I'm installing all new Garmin equipment, so I can't use the Raymarine radar. Let me know if you're interested? Easy to use, dual range radar is useful and target separation is very good. I'd buy it again. We have a lot of fog at this time of the year on Lake Michigan, so it's been on a lot. |
