Windshield washer spray nozzle leak - Santorini38 - 04-29-2012 I have a 2003 38 Open and just replaced the port windshield washer spray nozzle that had a slow leak (the leak came from the nozzle nipple where the adjustable spray jet is), only to have the replacement item Tiara sent me to leak in the exact same area. I don't even care if I use the sprayer function, with this leak, it requires me to keep the water system pumps off to prevent it from draining. Does one pump control all of the sprayers, and if so, is there a Y connector for the water line. I was thinking of just plugging the water line for this if I can't fix the leak so I can at least keep my water system on. Any thoughts are welcome. Thanks.. Alex Windshield washer spray nozzle leak - CrackerJack - 07-19-2012 Check to see if you don't have an electric valve that opens/closes to turn on spray. My valve started leaking and I replaced it. Easy job. |
