Bose AV 3-2-1 - JayK - 06-29-2015

Hey guys, I have a 2005 36 Open and the Bose AV system won't power on.  I know its powered by AC via the Acoustimass subwoofer located next to the steps into the cabin.  What I don't know is, where is the 120volt outlet the subwoofer plugs into?  The sub is located below the AC/DC panels and I would think there is an easier way to access it.  It appears I have to remove the aft setee back to access this area to check if the plug has worked its way out or something.  Anyone familiar with this area or the Acoustimass / Bose 3-2-1?

Thanks in advance!!
JayK

As the owner of some Bose stereo equipment I can tell you that BOSE stands for Buy Other Stereo Equipment.
I've had my share of trouble, especially with the subwoofer not turning on. Most times I was able to get it going by killing all power to it and then reapplying a power up. Capt. George

I hear that.  I've always reffered to Bose as "Blows", but I digress.  The way this system is integrated into the cabin interior, it sure makes it difficult to imagine replacing it.  I just want it to work.

Thanks again.  Anyone else have ideas?

Be sure the "outlet" switch is on under the steps.
