Louis H. Soroe, who was a marine dealer in the New Orleans area from 1955 to 1971, died recently. He was 93. An obituary said Soroe had several locations and that the most remembered one was Soroe’s Boat Exchange, a custom-built, three-story building with 8,100 square feet on each level at 850 Veterans Memorial Highway
