JRL Ventures/Marine Concepts said Mac Spencer is retiring as CFO. “Mac has served with distinction as Marine Concepts’ CFO for the past 15 years, contributing significantly to Marine Concepts’ success during this time and helping to secure that we delivered strong financial performance,” Marine Concepts president Matt Chambers said in a statement. “Mac has demonstrated
