INTTRO - CAPT. JEFF - 02-13-2013
I am a licensed captain and author in Ft. Lauderdale. I recently purchased a 1982, 31', Open as a project boat. I'm working my way through a mountain of neglect and lack of maintenance on this boat. Figured I would join the group and get some help, maybe give some.
