Tiara Yachts signs OEM deal with Garmin - Bahamas - 02-15-2011 Source: [Only registered and activated users can see links Click here to register] Garmin International today announced that Tiara Yachts, a division of S2 Yachts Inc., selected Garmin to be an electronics supplier to outfit its line of luxury fishing and cruising yachts. The new OEM partnership is being announced in conjunction with this week's Miami International Boat Show, where Tiara's 4800 Convertible - featuring a unique electronics package with three Garmin GPSMAP 7200 series multifunction displays - will be on display for the first time. "Garmin is pleased to be selected by a quality builder such as Tiara," said Engelhard Sundoro, Garmin director of marine OEM sales and marketing, in a statement. "This transaction further strengthens Garmin's growing position as a leading marine electronics supplier and we're confident that Tiara customers will benefit from Garmin's award-winning designs, industry innovations and worldwide support network."
