Windshield Wiper Arm - Outlaw - 06-20-2017
The windshield wiper arm on the starboard window is now overlapping into the center window. I noticed that there are two slotted adjustments on the wiper blade. These have always been loose, and not tightened down on either side. (see attached photos). My question is, should they be tightened down? Or do they need to stay loose as they are now.

I believe those are to make adjustments and should be tightened...

I appreciate the verification. Makes sense, but as the sixth owner of this vessel I have run across some peculiar modifications to the original configuration.
