Anyone know what factory lights where on the 1998 3100 open cockpit, under the gunwall between the rod holders?

I don't remember. Can you pull one and see if there is a manufacturer and part number on it? Most manufacturers are going to LED and are redesigning all of their lights. You may not be able to find the exact light. I would go to your local Marine Supply store and see what they have. You can also look it up in a catalog and pick something that is close in size.

Good Luck.

It doesn't really matter what is there, it's out of sight, right? If they don't work, it's probably just a bulb burned out. If you want to replace them, just about any surface mount light will work. Or, you could consider just buying LED bulbs for them--you can get them in any color you want. Or, replace them with multicolor LEDs for the cool factor.

@justrollin sorry to bump this back up, but may i ask what you replaced them with?  Only the port side was out on ours, but the fixture socket was too corroded to be saved and we are having guests aboard Friday.  I plan to do some cool led strip lights ultimately, but for now just wanted to get something up there and not have to change the other side too.

Photos attached for reference if anybody else needs to see these.
