Fuel monitors - Timsha - 05-01-2018 I have a 1989 3300 Tiara Flybridge. It has 454 mercruisers. I would like to know if anyone has installed floscan fuel monitors, especially this model and Are they worth it? Thanks RE: Fuel monitors - Winn Peeples - 10-01-2019 Not on my Tiara but, I have a Blackfin 24 with Crusader 454. Installed Floscan. Its VERY accurate Fuel monitors - Misdirection - 10-02-2019 Do you really use your boat enough that it will make a significant difference in how you operate? I've got a 36 Open with twin Crusaders and couldn't justify the cost of the floscans and installation just to tell me I use alot of fuel! For my usage, run up to 12 miles off shore at speeds Lake Erie will let me run at, troll for 6 hours, and run back at a speed arrive at port to make a drawbridge (opens at the top and bottom of the hour), it wouldn't have made any difference.
