Windshield Actuator Switch - Tom Gaertner - 08-04-2018
I need to replace center windshield actuator switch on 2004 31 Open.
A) where can I find model number to order replacement?
B) will I replace by tipping back the helm and replace from under side....or better to remove screws on top of the whole switch panel and lift straight up?

If the switch is a rocker (rectangular in shape) they can be pried out from the top or from behind the helm by releasing the tabs...See attached as an example of the switch I think your looking for

West Marine keeps them in stock usually. Unscrew the panel and pull it from there. Much easier to remove and rewire it that way.
