Charger location - Coppifan - 09-05-2018
I’m new to my 3100, 2000. And also not too bright...
Where is the battery charger located?

If it's like mine (2002 3100 Open), then the battery charger can be found in the service panel under the AC/DC panel. You'll have to remove the aft dinette cushion to access the panel which has 4 screws. You should also find your stereo amplifier in there.

Thanks. Never would have found it....
With the 30 amp shore power turned on and the battery charger switch on as well, the meter pegs all the way to the right.
Somehow this seems wrong?

Look below the power panel in the salon. Take the cushions off & remove the panel w/ 4 wood screws. It is in there.
