I’ve had seadek installed many boats that we have sold. It’s a great product. It isn’t as hot underfoot as the hard rubber products and is a true peel and stick install. It also gets provides excellent grip even when wet. If a section gets messed up you can order a new section and replace. I’m on the west coast so pricing may be different but we pay $30.00 per square foot.
Make sure to get the thick seadek helm pad to stand on as well. It’s amazing.

There are a lot of synthetic products on the market. Would do some web research and if possible go look at actual installs and talk to owners who have experience. Some of them look great but are incredibly hot under the sun. A friend just installed Flexiteak and I have to say it is almost impossible to tell apart from real teak. It's reportably nearly indestructible, cool and soft on the feet and can be cleaned with just about any cleaner including bleach. Its also quite expensive and a little hard to clean. I really like the way it looks and am leaning towards having it installed on my boat.
