It should be at 3300 to 3400 RPM, which should be 75% of WOT. And there is nothing efficient about pushing a 31' boat thru the water

Per the factory performance report (see picture) cruise range is 3800rpm to 4000rpm.
These 6.0L crusader engines have variable valve timing. This really helps with efficiency. Notice how linear the fuel burn rate is throughout the RPM range.
