Sun shades - Partizeit - 04-02-2019
Looking to install some type of sun shade on the bridge of our Sovran. Solar loading during the hottest days of July and August overwhelmed the helm AC at times last year.
I’ve seen sun blockers, like for a car, used. Can’t figure out a good way to make curtains work. Am considering installing an exterior shade to wrap around the glass. EZ Shade makes such a product.
Thoughts? Suggestions?

There is a company that sells this or something like it at the Fort Lauderdale Boatshow in the yacht pavilion each year. The heat lamp demo they do is very convincing.
