Sump Pump Collector Backflow Sticking? - VPelliccia - 09-28-2019
Hello Folks Have a 2008 Tiara 3900 Sovran The sump ( shower and AC condensate ) pump dumps into a collector mounted behind the cockpit fridge. The unit looks to be unpowered with a round sealed canister about 8" diameter and 12" tall..
My problem is the sump pump will occasional backup and I find there is a intermittent blockage in the line running into the collector.
I have blown it out, back flushed it, even pressed a house to it. My next move will be to fill it with Barnacle Buster. Does anyone know a part number or manufacturer of this collectors? I'd like to determine what its made of and determine if there is a backflow preventer that may need to be replaced. THANKS, Vince
