Hi ChipN,
I don’t think there is a company you can just order replacements from. Most owners contact a local Marine Canvas and Upolstry company who will replace the foam in the seats and fabricate new seat skins. All new tiara yachts use indoor/outdoor ultra leather that feels really soft but is incredibly tough. If your having your seat skins produced locally you can pick everything out and end up with something better then original.

ChipN, if this is a project you would undertake, then try Sailrite.com..........excellent products and "how to videos" to assist DIY'rs. Otherwise, Ben's post is the way to go....good luck.
