Hull Zincs on Tiara 3200 - Betterdays123 - 03-25-2014 I need to replace the hull zincs on my 3200 Tiara. The zincs say B & S on them. Had they just been put on? Hull Zincs on Tiara 3200 - Chris Burkard - 04-01-2014 3200 Open with inboards? IPS & Zeus boats require a completely different hull anode than a traditional inboard. The reason is the electric steering system is 400 volts. These systems use a special Aluminum/Magnesium anode as opposed to traditional Zinc. I have seen zincs that were gold in color, but this was because someone sprayed the mounting bolts with corrosion inhibiter and the overspray coated the zincs. |
