I used them on the rudders, shafts & props to clean off all the old built up antifouling & barnacle remnants. They work great, but of course you need to wear a respirator. I used a slightly softer disc on the stainless & I found my cordless drill didn't have enough RPM so had to run an extension for my corded drill.
