Hey all Tiara Fans!
Need some advise or to locate proper resources. Setting: 98 Tiara 31 Open
Am replacing the existing Front hatch screen set-up with an OceanAire Sky Shade (screen & Shade. The existing hatch trim was cracked and discolored, so it ha been removed.
Here's the questions, the skyscreen is a bit larger on all sides that the hatch, so I am in need of a "L: shaped trim piece to provide a clean finish. It's about an inch to an inch and a half.
The trim options with Oceanaire are straight trim or a filler that essentially "lifts" the screen over existing hatch trim. Neither of these works.
Any ideas??

I had a client retrofit the ocean airs into a 35 Open. He used Teak trim to match the interior. It looked great when he was finished, but expensive. He had a carpenter do the wood work.
The other option is to contact a local plastics company. They should have all types sizes and styles of plastic trim. They may even be able to custom make something for you.
