You didn't provide much information but if it is a Balmar 12V externally regulated will probably run Anywhere from $800-$1,200 depending on output and mounting configuration. Part number or picture will help get more specific. Support at Balmar is good if you want to go that way. Also PKYS.com good source for information as well as pricing.
