my guages light up in green but when i flip the rocker switch to red one volt guage doesnt come on how do you fix or change the bulb if there is one. 1998 3100 crusader 454 XLI engines

Usually there is a bulb in the rear of the gauge that is removable. Pull the panel to gain access to the gauges and you should see a little cap turn it 1/4 turn and it should come out with the bulb.
