3200s are tougher to come by than the 3100s. Last year there were a few nice 3200s in CA. I waited, finally found mine in Seattle and shipped it to NY. Don't rush, wait and get what you really want. Lot's of fine differences between the 3100 & 3200. Unless you do a lot of long distance cruising, go with the 8.1 Crusaders. Good luck, it's still early in the season.
