Tiara Express 3500 Trim Tabs System location? - neto - 06-21-2021
Hello everyone!, I bought a project boat for me and my family, its a 1998 Tiara Express 3500 that runs well but I am in the process of doing some preventative maintenance like replace all the turbo hoses and clamps, clean aftercoolers and HX, replace belts, etc, etc, etc..
I noticed on sea trial that the trim tabs were not working so I want to trouble shoot the pump and make sure the system has enough fluid to operate and go from there. I checked around and did not find the pump, could anyone help me locate it... Do these boats use the beneteau trim tabs?

I have had 2 Tiaras and both had the Bennett tabs with the pump located back by the transom. Easy to see with 2 lines coming off it and usually a black and tan case.

thanks, found it and it was located in the aft bilge area.
