1990 Tiara 2700 Open. HELP! - ToroDude1 - 10-19-2021

Well, I put myself into a bad place. I have a 1990 Tiara 2700 open that I’ve have had for 12 plus years. I was looking to get her partially refurbed (new dash, gauges, and update wiring). Needless to say, I found the wrong guy. My boat was absolutely destroyed to the point where I had to have her removed and the laws involved. Now I contracted a reputable ABYC electrician to help fix the mess I’m in. This electrician is reluctant to put his fingers on this, he stated he would need to remove everything back to the circuit breakers on the Starboard side of the helm before he would even consider taking on this mess. My question is can Tiara or anyone get me this panel and a complete owner’s manual with detailed wiring schematics? Any help with this would be appreciated.

You would need to contact Tiara customer service and include your hull id and ask for the wiring diagram. Not sure if they would have them for a '90 or not.
Likewise, you'll probably need to contact a manufacturer and have a custom panel made. If your handy, you could probably make your own out of some lexan using your existing one as a template.

Thank you, I did contact Tiara, they pretty much stated just what you said. All they had was the owners manual with the wiring schematic in the back, no as built drawings or anything, boats to old. It looks like I need to start from the beginning. If you have any recommendations on any company that can build a customs dash I would appreciate it. Thanks for your input.
