Tiara 4000 Express Gray Water Sending Unit Replacement - jdalto@yahoo.com - 10-28-2021 I have a 1999 Tiara 4000 Express. Neither the water tank nor the gray water tank levels were working. I replaced the water sending unit with a KUS 17 and that is now working properly. I now need to tackle the gray tank. Does anyone know what product model number I need? Also, there are two sending units in the tank, one is disconnected. Any ideas on why there are two sending units? Thanks, John RE: Tiara 4000 Express Gray Water Sending Unit Replacement - dplunske@cwpm.net - 10-28-2021 When you say gray water tank do you mean the one aft in the engine room or the black water tank under soul in aft cabin? RE: Tiara 4000 Express Gray Water Sending Unit Replacement - dplunske@cwpm.net - 10-28-2021 If it's gray water tank one is float for pump other is for high water alarm RE: Tiara 4000 Express Gray Water Sending Unit Replacement - jdalto@yahoo.com - 10-28-2021 Not the sea chest, the one in the aft cabin under the floor. RE: Tiara 4000 Express Gray Water Sending Unit Replacement - bruce@bigrivergroup.com - 10-28-2021 OK. Not freshwater, but black water under aft cabin sole? Have no clue where there is a gray water sending unit, or where a gauge would be to see data. Had to replace black water sender (waste tank) in August on a 2001 40 Express. Here is the guy that we contacted for that part: Larry Butchart Customer Service 206-634-4603 lbutchart@fisheriessupply.com Description WEM SHS8 S.S. One has a hose vent as part of the sender, the other does not. The one without the vent is not wired up. I have a picture if you can give me an address to send it to. John |
