1999 Tiara 4000 express (2 stateroom with hardtop) - August Rush - 01-23-2022

Factory hardtop
All new helm with Garmin 12” screens, autopilot and AIS VHF. 4’ open array radar.
Engine boost and pyro gauges installed 2021
Autopilot handheld remote added in 2021
Recent bottom strip job (not barrier coated as of yet).
3 blade props scanned and tuned in 2021. Includes spare set of 4 blade props.
5 newly installed Seablaze x2’s
New Marvel Galley fridge (still in the box but will be installed.
New salon AC in 2021
New 2000 watt inverter 2021
Cat 3208’s with around 700 hours. Recently serviced by Cat technician.
Good soft goods- interior was redone in 2018 (included salon sofa and headliner).

New custom mattress in master berth 2021

All chain rode with 225’ chain added in 2021
Generator fully checked out and serviced. Has around 1000 hours.
Freshwater boat until fall or 2020 when I purchased it.
Boat is turnkey and needs nothing.
