Head issues - nate boone - 02-07-2022 Need to know how to fix head It backs up with water from raw water after I flush You flush n minutes later nasty water a few inches is there Plz help RE: Head issues - Matta0413 - 02-07-2022 What type of system to do have? Is it a Vacuflush? Can you confirm that the "Raw" water you mention is actual sea water or are you drawing water from the fresh water tank? Can you confirm that the "Raw" water you mention is actual sea water or are you drawing water from the fresh water tank? The water is staying in head so it’s what I’m trying to flush it gets clear then after a moment dirty water remains like it’s not getting to raw water tank ok or coming back from there It’s a 31 ft tiara open with a vacu flush RE: Head issues - MC1600 - 02-07-2022 Is the waste tank empty? If so, I’d replace the duckbills. Might want to do a pump rebuild too while you’re at it (not that bad a job). RE: Head issues - Matta0413 - 02-07-2022 Can you hear the vacuflush pump working? Does the head make the loud sucking sound when you flush it? Was it working properly at one time and now it is not? As previous poster mentioned, it maybe time for a pump/tank rebuild. Not a tough job but certainly a messy one. |
