If I remember right on my 2001 3500 open it comes from the fresh water tank.

Never heard of a boat using anything other than the freshwater tank.

Fresh water tank and fresh water pump, mine does not work either and I am getting ready to check solenoid this week. There is another post on here somewhere and ReelMagic says the solenoid is on the forward bulkhead, starboard side.

1995 3600 OPEN window washer pump on forward bulkhead in front of STBD Raw water pump pulley and below left of STBD raw water strainer.
