1999 2900 Coronet New Owner Questions - Lancersd - 04-24-2022
Just purchased this Tiara. Newbie questions:
I have to repair and balance my 19x20 7 cup 1 3/8 props. Is there a better prop option? Considering replacing as the top end is a little slow at 4200 rpm's. Topping out at about 26 knots.
Any recommendations for a prop repair shop in San Diego? Will consider Orange County and LA.
The head door knob/latch is missing. Can't figure out the replacement. Does anyone know the brand and style?

Head door latch is Perko brand, and my 2002 Coronet has 7.4 mpi crusader with 19x20 3 blade nibral and a #7 cup. 4400 and 4300 rpm boat will almost hit 40 mph. I cruise at 3200 and am running 27 mph.
