No shore power to one side of AC panel - wcish - 04-29-2022

Hi, I'm wondering if anyone out there has run into an issue where power is getting to one side of the AC main panel, and not the other.  Power is confirmed live to the boat inlets.  Shore power cords have been switched from one to the other and always show live. On the AC panel, Shore Power 2 lights up (green).  Shore Power 1 does not light up.  I have looked for breakers elsewhere along the way, but it is less than 10' from the inlets in starboard cockpit and the panel inside cabin starboard side, so I'm not sure there would be any.  I can't seem to find any detail and local mechanic has no additional ideas.  Hoping this is a simple fix, and just my inexperience with this boat (new to me last year with perfect survey 2003 3500 Open).  Appreciate any input and thank you.

I'm assuming the boat has dual 30A shore inlets?

Switching the shore cables was a good idea.  The path from shore cable to panel is:
-shore receptacle
-wires
-breaker in cockpit
-wires
-breaker on panel
-wires
-panel

It would stand to reason the problem is with one of those things or the connections between them.  At almost 20 years old it is a good idea to visually inspect all of the connections by removing them (receptacle, breaker, back of panel), and if you're comfortable enough around high voltage, take voltage readings at each connection point.  If you do this the problem will reveal itself.

My 2004 35 Open has two circuit breakers in the cockpit above the shore power connection behind the bolster. They are near the rocker switch to open the hatch. Perhaps one is tripped.

I had this issue and it was the breaker/ switch at the connection point. One of the poles on the breaker had broken off due to corrosion.
