2009 3500 subwoofer location - Pfistori - 06-29-2022
Trying to confirm IF I have a subwoofer on my 2009 3500. It came with the Clarion stereo in the helm, with the Bose 3-2-1 in the home theater, so its the upgraded version. I have replaced the Clarion in the helm with Fusion RA-70 and 4 new fusion speakers; 2 in the helm and 2 in the cockpit. I'm quite pleased with the sound, but the kids keep asking for more bass.
The wiring diagram shows I have a clarion amp and subwoofer. I found the amp behind the back rest in the home theater, but for the life of me I can't find the subwoofer.
In addition, I really want to add a couple of speakers in the cabin so we can hear music in there all day, as we're in and out all the time. There are a couple of speaker mounts in the ceiling of the cabin, so that would be a logical place. But, I'll need another amp, head unit, or stereo to power them. (V-birth TV has a not working dvd/stereo, so I could use that slot for a new stereo, but got to run line out from cockpit)
