Flashing “Docking” Light - Donaldjames - 07-23-2022
We own a 2009 Tiara with the Volvo penta IPS joystick docking, today for the first time I noticed that the docking LED (green)light was flashing when I engaged it, is this normal? . I guess I just never noticed before but was wondering if it should be a solid green, it does beep once engaged and works perfectly but I just wondering if anybody could tell me if they have the same experience. I tried to find information in the manual but it just said the LED light would come on, nothing regarding if it flashed or not. Thoughts?

Following up to my original post. I had a Volvo Penta technician take a look at my system and for my year ,make ,and model a flashing green LED docking light is normal. Later models have a solid green LED light when docking but my particular model and year a green flashing LED is normal.
