Up graded electronics - firstlight - 06-08-2023 2006 36' Open    SONAR TRANDUCER ISSUE   Tiara original installation:   E 120 Raymarine  with a Airmar M260 transducer  New installation Garmin 1243 XSV with Airmar B75M Chirp transducer Installed the new transducer inches away from old one close to the center of keel just aft of fuel tank. The sonar is getting interference and loses the bottom when I accelerate and travel above 10 MPH.  Connected the old M260, which worked well with the E 120,  to the new Garmin and had same issues. It appears to me that the location of transducer is the problem,  has anyone experience same and found a solution? Thanks appreciate any feed back. Up graded electronics - Misdirection - 06-08-2023 Did you have the same issue with the Raymarine? I suspect your getting interference from prop wash. My transducer on my 3600 is located between the motors, offset from center to the port side.
