may be a dumb question, how do these come of to change the bulb? twist off? pry off? just dont want to break them, thank you

I believe the ones on my 2003 38 Open are the same. They are removed by pulling on the chrome bezel. the fixture remains as well as the bulb...

so once i get them off can i just change the bulb? or do i need a whole new light fixture?

yes... After your remove the bezel you can pull the bulb...... The bulbs are hard to find and expensive... Can't remember the bulb number...
