ceiling panel - honest mark - 07-31-2023
[attachment=1237][attachment=1237]have a ceiling panel that seems to be coming apart right next to my bose surround sound speakers, any clue on how to fix this, is this common?

You’re going to have to start by removing that panel. Hard to tell in the pic, but is the wood bowed? If so, that piece would need to be replaced. Might be able to salvage the covering. I had three panels reglued this off-season and they just peeled back the original, reglued, and re-stapled.
