Looking to possibly upgrade to Garmin 8616xsv MFD’s can anyone tell if 2 of these units will fit side by side on a 2001 3100 open?

I would doubt it. I put two 8212's on my old.41 open and they took up a lot of real-estate. You can download the templates from garmin and tape them up to see how it.works.
