1993 3100 Open Manifolds and risers - Joeboch348 - 09-13-2023 Hi, Looking to replace manifolds and risers 93 3100 454 crusaders. I'm in South Florida. There is no part numbers in my manual. Where's the best place to get them and how do I id the ones I need? Hopefully not a silly question. Thanks RE: 1993 3100 Open Manifolds and risers - cp4000 - 09-14-2023 The part numbers should be on the manifolds, risers and elbows, usually a 5 digit number. This website has parts diagrams that may help you locate the correct part number as well, if you know the engine serial numbers and then you can search elsewhere. Good luck! RE: 1993 3100 Open Manifolds and risers - Joeboch348 - 09-14-2023 Thanks for the help RE: 1993 3100 Open Manifolds and risers - Joeboch348 - 09-20-2023 Found all the parts at ebasicpower.com not a terrible job. Worst part was getting the exhaust hose off. RE: 1993 3100 Open Manifolds and risers - S4Survivor - 12-20-2024 You have to unbolt risers then pickup and twist to break seal on flange to hose from being clamped on - u may have to wrestle some then they will come off - the outboard sides are also a pain to reach. You can also use a 1/2" caulking trowel to slide into hose end - wiggle and spray some CRC or WD into hose then twist, or you can do what the marina does and cut the hose off and replace with new but that costs a few bucks for 4" exhaust hose - Pain in the ass I did mine last year make sure u get new gaskets and plates - Have Fun |
