3100 Shaft Boxes cover - Stan - 11-26-2023
I have a 2002 tiara 3100 Open 6bta 330s and zf gears. The shafts are partially covered by some sort of plate that forms a pocket or box just forward of the strut below the shaft log. It appears that we lost the starboard plate at some point this Summer. Is this a OEM part available through Tiara or is this a custom addition? I notice the boat leans to Port ever since we lost it. Any information on this cover plate (cavitation plate maybe?) and its function is appreciated.

I'd have to look through the manual, but I believe this is a shaft fairing and you probably are only able to get it via Tiara or by having one made.
