What Size Portable Generator to run my A/C, microwave, lights off shore - Showtime - 03-18-2024

I have a 1993 2900 Open. It doesn't have a generator but has A/C, microwave, stove, etc. I want to run it electrical when anchored. I was looking at Costco's portable generator but what size would I need to run these items when not hooked up to shore power? Thanks!!

When connected to shore power, turn everything on that uses 120 Volt and read the Ammeter to see how many Amps you draw. Read how many volts the shore power is and multiply times the amps witch gives the Wattage
I would suggest a very quiet Honda as in the middle of the night the sound is load on a cheap generator

And be super mindful if the carbon monoxide. I would make sure I had a CO2 alarm inside the boat.

I use a Honda 2200 on my 90 3100 Open. Runs everything. Put it on the swim platform to keep CM out of the boat
