RE: Cruise speed- 2900 Open - Craig Allan - 11-19-2024 I run mine (1995, 2900) between 3250-3400 RPM, conditions depending.  3400 RPM on the ICW, so flat water and no unplanned changes in throttle.  This gives me with 2 to 3 people on board, 30 knots (34.5 MPH).  If your bottom is clean and you keep them serviced they will eat gas and move your ass.
