Repair Advice after a small Fire - Tundra5514 - 06-01-2024

Good Morning,

Own a 2011 Tiara Sovran 45 with twin IPS600's, this past Memorial day weekend I was at the dock getting ready to head out. and I had a fire breakout behind my generator........still in the discovery phase as to what happened.....2' X 2' burned hole behind the generator on the wall going to my kids stateroom. Thankfully i was able to put out the fire before it burned all the way through. But there burnt cables, hoses etc behind genset and who knows what else...Frown
Calling out to see if there are any recommendations of where to take my boat for repairs in the Fort Lauderdale area. Been having trouble trying to find a reputable repair facility that can fix all of the repairs in one place.

Try Parker Yachts. They are very good and service some pretty high end clients.

Also Yacht Management is very good. They replaced both of my transmission couplers last year and were a very helpful and honest company to work with.

I'll second Sans Peur's suggestion on Parker Yacht. I'm in the Great Lakes and shipped one of my livewell hatches to them to be recored. Impeccable work.
