Crusader MP7.4L Air Inlet Tube - mikezacharias - 12-06-2024
I have a 2000 Tiara 3100 OPEN with 7.4L Crusdaers. One of my plastic 90 degree air inlet extension tubes is cracked. It is part # 98580. I am having trouble finding a source for replacement. Any suggestions are appreciated!

I found a flame arrestor that attaches directly to the throttle body making the extension tube superfluous. The part number is R145021. You might have to flatten it to get it in the space between the riser and the throttle body, but should work fine. Bought it at Marinepartsource.com.

Is there still an interest in this air inlet tube for the TBI (original crusader part number 98580)? I am working on a possible source for a viable replacement for my Tiara 3100 Open and am polling the forum here to see if there are 454 xli Crusader (7.4 and 8.1) owners with an interest in wanting to purchase a replacement if they can be acquired and what people would be willing pay for this discontinued part?
