Port engineer and electronics quit running at same time - Tmikac - 07-03-2026 My 2001 coronet with crusader engines. Today both started, pulled away from dock under full power. 60 seconds into trip port engine and electronics quit. Batteries seem fine just a bit low. Engine turns over - not the click of a low battery but port engine does not run but starboard functions as normal. Yea I did and still no power. My charger shows an FAULT for battery 1….fuse or something more significant? RE: Port engineer and electronics quit running at same time - Tmikac - 07-07-2026 update: Port lower Fuel Pump wire corroded and came free of the pump. Replaced Pump and now Engine is running fine. However, unable to isolate the Garmin issue...no fuses blown. Only change before all this was adding the 24xd GPS puck to the NEMA 2000 backbone. The search continues... |
