Tiara 40 Express 2003 - Removal of Cleat - saywhen - 10-14-2026
Has anyone removed the forward starboard cleat from a Tiara Express. If so, what was the process. Do the cleat bolts have nuts on the bottom or do they attach to a plate within the fiberglass. Thank you.
