I am rebuilding the jet ski lift that is integrated into the swim platform of a 2004 Tiara Sovran 4400. I believe it was offered as an option by Tiara. I have sourced a new hydraulic cylinder from the original designer (Brown Engineering in GR / it is a Milwaukee Cylinder). So I'm trying to get the electric winch to work. I have the original winch and have connected it to boat power (It is a round connector in the Lazarette storage area). So there is no switch for the winch that I can find. I am wondering if it used a remote and it was not passed on from the previous owner. Does anyone else have the jet ski lift and can you tell me how to operate the winch to pull the jet ski up onto the swim platform. I have included a picture of a similar lift, although I'm not sure if it will show up on the post. thanks. Rich
