My 36 had AFI wiper motors and I replaced them with Five Oceans Heavy Duty Wiper Motor found on Amazon. These seem to be a direct replacement for mine except for the wiring connection is a spade connection vs. a screw terminal. They have the home park option as well. Good luck.
Would you mind sharing the exact model that you purchased from Amazon and let me know if you had any issues with clearances or issues closing the center window and rubbing against the fiberglass? I had a similar problem to many others where the wiring corroded and would like to replace the entire motor, but only if the form factor of the replacement is the same or smaller than the original AFI model.

Yes, I replaced the wiper motor with a smaller form factor one, with less overall range, but it works well and looks good. Found an AFI Marine Wiper Motor NEW Part # 37181 with an 80 degree range for less than $150 on eBay. The overall form factor was smaller and had to drill a hole for the set screw (and fill the old screw hole), but it works great and looks factory.
