Recently made a deal on a 31 Tiara and need to part with my current 27. I have owned the boat for 3 seasons and since purchase have gone though to update and make her a reliable boat that I have enjoyed very much. Below are the major items that have been attended to as there are too many things to list. Feel free to message or comment with specific questions. Currently replacing the cabin sole carpet and will post some better photos of the cabin afterwards. Boat is located in Quincy, MA.
- Repowered by previous owner with Crusader 5.7 MPI's rated at 330 HP. Currently have approx. 180 hours on the meters.
- Risers and exhaust tubing replaced 2016. Manifolds are fresh water cooled.
- Cavnas and Isinglass enclosure replaced by previous owner just prior to purchase
- Raymarine A series 10" display with HD Color Radome 2017
- Raymarine CPT-S transducer 2017
- New aluminum radar arch 2017
- Head and waste lines replaced 2016
- Thru-hull fittings and valves have been replaced since purchase

Question for those that know. Any reason why the engine hatches are cut pretty much right over the exhaust elbows? Is that factory? If not factory what for?
Original engines had 'log style manifolds' with the elbow aft. New 'center riser' manifolds have the riser/elbow in the center of the manifold. Due to height clearance issues, the cuts needed to be made. That's my guess, anyway.
